Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mashiro's Mashup.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (subscriptions, account upgrades, and digital assets), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or activated. We do not offer refunds once an activation link or service has been sent to your email.

2. Exceptions

We only consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
• The activation code or link is non-functional (after technical support review).
